The Soržev Mlin tourist farm is located in Nova Cerkev, more precisely in the Polje River along the Hudinja River. Its mill has been driven by water for over a century, a 200-year-old and still functioning Venetian saw, and also a blacksmith shop for as long as a few decades ago. Here you will learn about the noble heritage of milling and saw operating, a part of the technical culture in its live performance, which is rare here. All buildings on the farm are cultural-historical monuments, and the family maintains them in their original role and continues the tradition. They have four apartments.
